In 1890, José Serrats founded the company in Bermeo with the intention of preserving and transmitting the delicious flavors of the Bay of Biscay. Thanks to the exceptional quality of the fish, he used the latest techniques of the time from the leading canneries in France, which allowed him to quickly introduce his products to various European markets

In 1914, "Hijos de José Serrats" began exporting to the North American market.

The freshest fish

We use only the best ingredients, white tuna (Albacore) and anchovies are of the highest quality. Specially selected fish and always using traditional fishing techniques.
