In our Sala López family, we are proud of our land and history, and we want to reflect this pride in everything we do. Jaime Rosell y Desprats, the first lord of Benejuzar, was born in 1573, this title was given by II. It was donated to him by King Philip of Spain in the middle of the 16th century. With our Jaime Rosell Estate Edition extra virgin olive oil, we want to pay sincere respect to one of the defining figures in the history of Benejuzar.
We would like to point out that the bottle's display and storage box were hand-made by members of the Defora Foundation with mental disabilities.
The essence of every family that shaped this land is found in each bottle, decorated with simplicity, patience, respect, hope, tradition and connections.
Taste - taste
Extra virgin oil with an intense aroma, especially green olives. Short aromas of banana, leafy greens, artichokes and grass dominate over the ripe aromas of banana and apple, combined with hints of aromatic grasses and nuts. Slightly sweet oil, moderately bitter, persistent and slightly bitter. A strong sense of green freshness is complemented by a spiciness that emerges over time, creating a distinctive, structured and long character oil.
